[Everyday life] New monitor for my netbook.

I just bought a 20" hp monitor(HP S2031) for my Gateway netbook. I paid $106.99 with tax at the Best Buy store. I am satisfied for now with this bigger monitor than my older one. However, somewhat I feel this one do not have higher resolution than I expected. The colors of pictures and letters are slightly off. It is possible that I am very tired now though. The light in this room makes my eyes are even more tired. For that reason I am concerning to get some sort of eye-protector for my big screen monitor.
Anyway, it is sure that I am not able to excuse monitor any longer for postponing to write things.
